Rev’d Mike Nelson

Mike was licensed as Vicar of Holy Trinity in October 2020. Mike has a passion for welcome and inclusivity and finding new and fresh ways to help us explore what Jesus meant when he said, ‘love your neighbour.’ He also has a passion for scripture and bible study and discovering together how God’s Word is relevant in our lives today.

Mike grew up on the south coast in West Sussex and spent a few years working in the insurance industry before training for ministry.

In his spare time he enjoys watching films or a good box set on Netflix and he finds that this is a great way of discovering inspirational stories and illustrations for preaching and reaching out to a new generation of people who are discovering the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Rev’d Anna Drew

Anna was licensed as curate (a sort of trainee vicar) at Holy Trinity in October 2023. She’s self-supporting, which means she gives her time to Holy Trinity alongside her day job as Director of Communications for the Diocese of Southwark. Anna has worked for more than 20 years in church communications and is passionate about the difference that faith in Jesus can make to our lives and our world, right here and now.

She’s loves festivals, theology, board games, baking and crochet – and is an occasional (and quite reluctant) runner. She lives with her husband Jim and their son Theo.
